Define - Authorization.

In legal terms, its to apply and SUBMIT. You think thats gonna be free to do? Remember, this is only Fed regs.Once provincial regs overlay, there will be a whole other dimension to this. You will need both Federal and Provincial approval. Those approvals will only come after LARGE fees paid to apply and submit. Those fees will be used to hire inspectors en masses and have them going door to door on their lists inspecting what you are doing. The idea is to make home growing so onerous and expensive that it pushes those folks into purchasing from Lps. This is about squeezing the smoker now for all its worth. If you smoke weed in this country, you are going to pay them to do so or they putting you in a cage. These are fucn liberals for Christ sake. they would put you in jail for not taking out your recycling and speech that hurts folks feeling. You dont think there will be a whole new body of enforcement driving around in little green cars with sirens whos sole mandate is the inspection of these personal and Lp grows who are financed by the fees you pay to be "authorized? You are delusional if you cant see what coming. Its in black and fucn white in them regs. Wakeup yall...

ask yourself the question .. if you raided someone's home, took there belongings weed cash money whatever is it theft ?
A police officer takes a constitutional oath to protect you and your property which is law , and the common law stands above all acts made or created by parliament.
Im not saying its a get out of jail card but what im saying is there's ways around legal systems which are created mainly for profit as they are against our human rights and violate the constitutional laws.

That all Rob Menard and Clifford so and so Freeman BS. Acts and statues I understand are corporate law. That shit dont matter to them.Money does. Weed users are there new target. You are a filthy criminal gangster endangering children in there new world unless you go through them. Its about MONEY and rodeoing this market that was established by peacful people and using the force of law to seize it under the color of law.

You say he is wrong while posting legislation that proves him right. You are only hoping they do the very minimum under that bill.
Why you no include the part about telewarrants and refusals of inspectors not allowed. Sure, you say you cant come in. They dial 911 and Police are on there way while he calls a waiting judge to get a rubber stamped telewarrant. The clearly lay out "Authorization" will be needed . Then, they go onto lay out EXACTLY how inspectors will carry out oversight. I understand it in FULL. You dont! You are hoping and wishing what you are reading has some other meaning. It dont!!! Wake up...
