Heres a little 70w-100w HPS Micro Cab i've been planning to work on:

Its based on this cabinet from lowes:

The size of the fan in the diagram is larger than the fan really is. I made the width go out as far as the ends of the 4" duct connectors, so it's not really as big. Also, the duct won't be doing all those 90 degree turns, it'll flow a lot better. If it's still tight, I'll have room to set up the fan a big skewed towards the back, which would give more room for the ducts. I'm hoping it'll work out, because that would be such a great design for my situation. 100% enclosed, complete stealth, with room for moms and a good 1.5oz per harvested plant.

Alright, I improved the layout of the fan and filter a little. I think I'm going to go with a Fantech FX4 (4" 117cfm) because it'll take up less space. I added that into the design (accurate dimensions and shape) and moved the carbon filter around. I also added a PC fan down in the veg chamber to help bring fresh air in and add some movement in that chamber. I think I might add another PC fan in the flower chamber, but I can only work on this thing for so long before I just get bored.

The animation feature rocks. I used it to create a virtual walkthru movie of the room.

Cheers!
