How to use distillate for cooking?

Hi

I am trying to bake cookies with some distillate I have. Not only to consume but to give to some people’s as a sample as well.

When you buy a cookie at the store, some of them are marked 300ml, some 500.
How many milligrams should be used in one pound of cookie dough to get a sheet of 300ml cookies?

Thank you

Multiply the number of cookies expected to come from 1lb of dough, by 300mg...
Example: 18 cookies x 300mg = 5400mg or 5.4g

Thank you. It seems simple enough.
So just to make sure. 5.4 ml of distillate needs to be used?

If 1ml is equal to 1gram, and 1 pound of cookie dough makes 18 cookies, then yes.

Personally i would make a batch of the cookies first to see how many it made. Then give them to your kids, or friends kids, or neighbors, or the mailman, etc. Then once you know how many cookies it makes, you know how many times you need to multilpy by 300mg distillate...

If it only makes 10 cookies: 300mg x 10 cookies = 3000mg or 3g (perhaps 3ml)
