Keep it under 9 plants you will get a slap on the wrist
If you google(cps and plants counts) it give you info ranging from a few plants to a factory,
Of course the Garda could see things abit different I'm not sure ?
As long as you keep your grow to yourself and very close friend I would not worry about the po-po they have better things to worry about in this country !

Hi dystans,
In Ireland, it depends on the judge you are on front of if you get caught.
Last i heard, any more than 5 plants and you could be charged with intent to distribute.
As with most other places, pay your electricity on time, dont have grow rubbish scattered around your house, and most importantly, don't have the house full of asians. Alot of the bigger grows busted lately have had asian workers involved.
