I went one step farther & clicked on the name/link of the guy who posted this video... "Jason Hancover" & it turns out that HE is a really huge FAUX news fan.

That's what he posts, various FAUX news segments, the cannabis stuff was/is incidental to that video, and it was his shitty fan base which gave it 420 Likes.

That'd be 420 (yup, love that symbolism) votes for faux news coverage.
