Here's what I put in my EWC ACT starting 2-3 weeks into 12/12.
Am I wasting my money? Possibly so. I'd have to do a side by side, but I'm not so inclined. I'm virtually certain that it does no harm, and the odds are favorable that it is beneficial. I have a large container that I hadn't used for myself in 3 years, so rather than throw it out, I put a heaping Tbl. per 4 gal batch of tea. I do know that my bud is mighty tasty. Quite possible that it would be just as tasty without it.

Your wheat grass squeezings are probably beneficial, can't hurt. Good luck. -granger
