Help did I water to much?

Hey all first time grower, just moved to the Pacific Northwest and decided I would grow 4 in my backyard.
I have Roots #4 in 45 gal pots with 2 of the 4 showing this on leaves mostly towards the top but also on the bottom.

Also because of the sloap in my backyard I put the pots on plywood I had handy but realized after that I didn't drill any holes for drainage in the plywood and water could be possibly sitting stagnet in the bottom center of my pot?

My feedings have been Botanicare PBP grow, Liquid Karma, Cal mag vitamino and silica blast. . Most to half of recommend strength. pH has been 6.0 to 6.2

Since this has started to happen I have not watered in 2 days is this till it corrects itself or what is the proper procedure on this is

Thanks for any help!

Without much information to go on my first impression is that you have a plant that is sensitive to your fertilizer regimen. They don't look unhealthy but a bit shocked.
I've grown several sativas that show the same curl when transplanted into a nutrient rich soil that all the other plants thrive in.
Water only for several waterings would help them grow through this in my opinion.

Drill some holes in those pots and let em dry out good before watering again and they will recover just fine.
