Totally! I see Christmas as a commercial free for all, and Thanksgiving how is that a holiday? Shouldn't you be thankful every day, why do you need a holiday for that? And yes the songs suck! Same old crap from when the dinosaurs roamed, I am so sick of all the ho ho ho and frosty this and all that annoying whiny voice crap. I have not been listening to that crap for a couple decades and hating it for even longer! thanks for reassuring me that I am not alone. I would gladly be alone for the holidays and enjoying nature than enduring all the judgmental comments from anal relatives and listening to all that crap.

For several YEARS my kid listened to the same Christmas CD EVERY night as she fell alseep. I don't hate all Christmas music, but some of the stuff my Sanatra & Crosby makes me crazy!
I do love the holidays for one reason though... Eggnog!
