I suffer from severe osteoarthritis in both knees. Walking every day is difficult.

Can anyone please recommend a strain that i can grow, and that is available for purchase, that will help reduce the pain and inflamation?

Blueberry is beneficial for pain, adequate CBD. Indica hybrids as well.
