Rebuilding an old spot that was used and abused

Trying to rebuild a garage into a new good grow space, but I know the last tenants grew in it, and they grew bad.

So my concerns would be bad sheetrock infested with mold. There only looks to be a slight problem on one wall near the floor.

Should I paint a few layers of the fungicidal paint, or should I rip down the whole room and re-sheetrock everything.

Any input, on old experiences etc would be great. I don't know how to sheetrock, but I didn't know how to do anything before I tried so.

I know the best choice is to probably re-do everything, but I am trying to have the room operational within the month. That is also a concern, a 4 week build time.

Thanks a bunch everyone, much love, later days.

if sheetrock is dry and a screwdriver does not push through with ease. Also if the mold doesn't appear to be excessive fungicide paint will do the job. If sheetrock is not solid, replace sections that are bad! a good sulfer burn would Help as well.
