kind of an odd question, Idk if anyone can help but how many nanograms would say are in a nice full lung joint rip of some good bud. I'm getting high off one or two hits, its sick not having a tolerance anymore.

Even if there was a way to calculate this wouldn't it be relative to the individual and the total amount of THC in the sample?

Nobody will be able to provide a definitive answer, there are too many variables and the variables change from subject to subject. Also the measurement you're asking for isn't specific enough. Nanograms of what? Smoke? THC? The psychoactive componants of resin?

Assuming you meant THC, the main psychoactive element then the first variable would be the pot itself, what strain and what THC content does that strain have? Then you would need to know how the weed was grown, handled and cured? How much of the THC in the resin was at the peak of ripeness and how much was allowed to degrade into other cannabinoids? Then you would need to know how much of this weed went into the joint being smoked? Is the joint a pinner or is it a Cheech and Chong quarter pound special? Then you would need to know the lung capacity of the smoker, how much of the joint burned up as the hit being measured was taken, how deeply does the smoker inhale, etc.

Clearly with all these variables it is impossible to come up with one definitive answer. The closest one could get would be to find a way to measure the content of a good hit from a number of people and then work up an average.
