Seeds are from a friend of a friend who has crossed them himself. Thought id give them a try. Had a very successful germination rate. Curious to see what there like. So far there have been a few mutations within these progeny.

Having a ripper of a summer. Temps outdoors have been in the late 20’s mid 30’s Celsius. No doubt it has been effecting the seedlings. Have been having add the lights on timers so they are off at the hottest parts of the day. Ive been feeding them every second day with a solutions at about 0.7 e.c an letting the ph sit in between 5.5 an 6. Apart from that just letting them do there thing

The heat is cranking

The heat is cranking

I went down an brought a couple of “silent” fans, supposedly it only makes 40db of noise im looking at either making a silencer or purchasing one. My house has a raised floor an my grow area has access to this for venting the room outside. It is much cooler under there by about 5degrees celsius an maybe a little more in the hottest part of the day. Im thinking if i can push the exhaust further away from the intake hopefully this will still provide cool air. I want to eventually have the exhaust venting in to roof space to heat my home in winter where an can get quite cold approximately -1 an or it gets wet an damp

Thanks. Im not 100 percent sure on there lineage as I haven’t met the man nor seen the plants they came from. But the person who gave them to me is very close family an said this guy has been growing these beans for a few years so I thought id give them a try. So hopefully theres a keeper in there. I have also got 2 monster mass x critical mass. In there as well.

Another day another dollar. Got the extraction cranking now. Temps maxed at 31 celsius an minimum @20. Watering at 6.5 p.h an e.c 0.7 humidity around 35%.
The majority of the seedlings are looking well. There a couple werid ones. There a few differences in leave shape among them.

Who is 100 percent sure on cannabis genetics, though? That many seeds, there should be something special.

So True. I saw a link on here to a news vid where some clever guys have been mapping some well known genetics an finding they were actually different than what was advertised

Finally getting some decent rain here. Garden temps are sitting just below 30 degrees celsius. Still feeding Nutrifield Coco A & B at .7 E.C 6.4 P.H as soon as the top looks dry Ill water them. I ended up buying a 150mm silencer it has removed the sound of the air rushing in to my duct which is 150mm u.P.V.C havent seen any roots popping out of the bottoms of the cups yet so I’ll probably keep checking an once they start poking thru ill transplant in to three quarter PB bags.

Query for anyone concerned

Query for anyone concerned

The youngins are approximately 7 weeks into this journey. They are all looking healthy. One has shown sex as male. Which I thought it was an had maked on its tag at about 3weeks. Im looking for the best mother out of the 20 or so of the same seed. Just internalizing a thought on which to flower to see. Take a clone, an flower once rooted or let the parent flower while the cuttings grow?

The seedlings havent stressed with transplanting into PB8’s I have put some under 24hrs an the rest are under 18/6.
So far the 18/6 look a lot happier. So ill change to that once ive taking some cuttings. Looking at plant structure an leaf shape to find a suitable mother. The ones with slow or weak abnormal growth will get binned. There are couple that I will be watching an hopefully they produce something special 😂

Have been busy trying to see what was going on with the ladys. Ive checked run off an calibrated the P/H meter an i feenin its not enough cal/mag i made a run to the local garden shop for a couple litres. Started with a light foliar feed an have mixed it half strength in the res. Ive taking a few cuttings on a few of them an will probably start flowering some soon

Its been a long while inbetween drinks. Nothing too major has happened since last time on here. Ive removed all the males an slow growing ladies. So roughly 7. Have been feeding with the full line of nutrients from nutrifield at about 1.6 E.C. P/H at 6.3
Temps have been getting slowly cooler as we get closer to winter. I changed the light schedule to 12/12 on the 9th of April. There hasnt been any crazy stretch in the change over most of the ladys ive taken a cutting from an plan to see which or if I keep any of this strain. There are two that I prefer nice compact growth an lots of side branches that have nice thick stems. Ive set up to 600watt hps lights in the flowering tent an have another smaller one with another 3 strains. An unknown one from another friend that has some very large an wide fan leaves an some seeds from overseas. Monster Mass x Critical mass & delicious candy. The latter was one of the tastiest an strongest smokes ive had so far

2 weeks after the change of photoperiod

2 weeks after the change of photoperiod

Starting to show signs of flowering yay.
I can Definitely see a few different plant structures out of the 12 lady’s. So far 2 are of a taller size than the rest, they have a very open plant structure with not much secondary growth they are looking good with buds forming on the ends. The rest are very similar with there development just little things are different with leaf size an shape. Apart from that they have very tight node groups an nice secondary growth, still a lot of vegetative growth happening. There is a slight smell to flowers the plant stalks have a very lemony smell to them.
The saga continues
