Specs for the New Grow Room

Hello All,

I'm setting up a 300 sq. ft. grow in Maine and from what I've been reading here at icmag I'm going to need a humidifier. I'm growing in coco and planned to use a Quest 155 in the flower room but now I'm thinking I'll need a humidifier in the veg room which is going to be about 100 sq. ft. If anyone has experience growing in the Northeast I'm all ears.

Blank Slate

Here are pics of the room before it's framed. I'm going to frame two rooms. The first is a 100 sq. ft. veg room that will also house my mothers and clones. The space with the ladder will be a 200 sq.ft. room and will hold two 4x8 tables for flowering.

I filled the cracks in the slab with latex crack filler and have applied two coats of concrete floor paint. The plan is to sheet rock the walls and ceiling with moisture resistant wall board to contain the odor and humidity.

Has anyone had an issue with condensation on the back or their drywall in this application?

I did a little prep for framing. The electric is being run this weekend so I've got to get the walls up by Friday night.
