At the same time, you dont get locked up for less than 25 g on you. Makes no sense.

Pretty sure you gotta be on your death bed to get medical too. Smh.

I have been locked up for less in ny, straight up shook down, rights violated, total insanity ... Also walked many time when I was caught red handed ... Craziness .. Would love to leave, don't see it happening though.

One of the parties that applied for the license which needed much monies up front was Long Island Jewish hospital system, they were edged out by an organization with mason ownership.

No room for the common man, good ol ny ny.

I saw a friend get ran down on yesterday for a tobacco rollie.

Haha, the squad on edibles tho.

"What you guys smoking?"
"A cigarette"

I just knew he could smell the glue in my pocket from the look I got.
Carry an edible, but smoke at home. Its just not worth it.

Man, New York is too socialist when it comes to control of health.

They force vaporizers and edibles onto people, and limit soda sizes. lol. Order two sodas and vape twice as much.

I think I would rather stay illegal than live within that type of legalisation.
Only people it seems to be legal for is those that will make all the money and pay their taxes to the government.

I hope the UK never goes legal because they will adopt the same sort of process NY has taken.
Corrupt mofos would only let certain pharma companies who line the UK government coffers with cash have the rights on it.

there is no way to STOP you from smoking at home. vaping is, from nearly all accounts, as efficient as smoking. thing is, now you are covered in case of a drug test. no way in hell they can tell from a piss test if you smoked or vaped. get your rec, & do what you need to do. the laws will relax...eventually. but hey! feel free to piss & moan because you did not get your pony from Santa Claus for Christmas...

add 1 new condition to the list, chronic pain
a very large category for many potential patients
likely added because of the minuscule numbers of patients in this system
corporates are no making money, crisis!
mmj in ny is not pretty, but inching forward, hopefully the legal deal in Massachusetts brings the ny political process back to reality

I use THC primarily 'cause in my experience & for me it's the greatest "psych-med" in existence...plus i like the way it makes me feel...:) i also enjoy growing cannabis:biggrin: i don't currently legally qualify as a NY "medical patient" ...but that's ok... i take care of myself & i'm proud of it!

I grew up a rifle shot from the biggest outdoor find in state history, and after many years out west have recently come back to NY.

Wasn't planning on any cultivation this time back here, but man those hills sure grow kind !

Medical program only has 11,000 registered members or less, but I have been driving taxi in the city since coming back and everyone has got the goods, anyway.

NY has got a lot of good folks here, but plenty of fucked up laws and policies.

alot more NY guys here than i originally thought !

geneva .... if you feel comfortable saying , what city you driving hack in ? i drove one in the capitol region for over 20 years .

as far as the MMJ scene here in NY ...... its only a way for Coumo to make his millions before he gets out ! just the application fees for the facilitys was over 250 K , not to mention the kick backs & what not to push certain applications through ! he will never allow the smoking of flowers because he can make more money on getting facilitys in to make concentrates !
& he will never allow NY to be part of the legal marijuana movement ! he is dead set against smoking pot !!! & has made that point very clear for many years !
