Dragon and BMR Back in Blue!

Here is one of my BMR plants at day 41 and a couple shots of a sample I snipped at day 52.

The plant initially had a wonderful grape soda aroma; the first time I caught a whiff, my memory immediately transported me back to a pizzeria in my childhood staring at a glass door refrigerator full of bottles of luminescent Nehi sodas. Now it has also developed a crazy delicious strawberry-bananna aroma with a skunky/sour undertone. WOW!

Probably most of you don't really know how breeders feel when they go online.

REZ and a few others who sell seeds sit in the same place. The hot seat!

When we see a post about our strains we punch the button and wait to see what others think of our work.

As Dutchgrown rightfully observed, "every breeder thinks his strains are the best". That is probably true because unless we believe in ourselves how can we continue? Without some faith in ourselves how can we endeavor to presume to work for the betterment of cannabis for all?

It is actually a responsibility that makes us humble and for myself I chant.

Thank you Master BOG, it is actually my honor, as every one of your crosses I have grown have turned into beautiful girls. What you folks don't know is that BOG is actually the reason I came here to ICMAG. He was running a contest at the time, a "Guess the Weight of My Sour Bubble" or some such thing, and I was over at Overgrow. I saw the link in his signature and came here, and fell in love with the gallery system, it was much better than Overgrows. I wound up winning that contest, and BOG was kind enough to send me a few different types to try.

As with all good stories, there is actually a story within a story here. You see, prior to all this, I had contacted BOG to see if there was any kind of deal I could get on a few seeds of each strain, and I would grow them in my OG thread, "The Old Man & The Seeds". He graciously declined, as I had expected. I mean I had just started growing, and I was no different than any other of the countless requests for "deals" he probably recieves daily. But kharma can be a powerful thing, and the Force was with this old jedi as I won his contest and some seeds. The Blue Moon Rocks you see from me is actually from seeds won for Photo of the Month right here at ICMAG. Of course, the rest is history, and now ICMAG is my only home.

For me, its quite an honor to actually "rub elbows" with some of the real Gurus of the Cannabis Culture. We all try to make our mark in different ways, and for me it's taking pictures. So here's another look at that sorry... I mean beautiful BMR!

Bog that dragon pipe is awsome. Staring into the dragon's eye is hypnotizing.

Malia is a real artist Smokey and Abby can have all the seeds he wants now. You see at the time I didn't realize how good his skills were. Now Abby is our photography guru and his participation in the site has been positive and helpful at all times. Perhaps I can send you some of my SB3 seeds to see if you have good luck with them.

I have good news today! Bonanza of Green is correct now with the printer as I just received another proof of the book. We can go to print and have them on the market in just a couple weeks now. Just in time for Christmas! BOG

Wow the pics in this thread make me drool man! BOG, thanks for breeding the magnificent BMR. I love this pot, the color, THE SMELL, all of it. I used to think this strain did not produce a heavy scent, the proper conditions can make my BMR reak as bad as a diesel.

Bog thats one of the coolest bubblers ive ever seen anyone actually owning (besides headshop of course). I think it would be a better rip if there was no sidecarb and you could pull the bowl like a bzer.

But i guess thats what makes that one unique. Other than the amazing glasswork around the bowl area.

yeah BMR is great i jus sad id fuckd my yeild up buy tryn to flower 2 plants in one 3- 1/2 gallon pot. my mistake ,but what i did get was the best tastin ive had ina long time. but i did manage to make a few seeds. ill try again. have a good trip bog and be safe
