Question about changing pot size right before flowering

Hi, I have a Jack Herer strain, 2.5 months old, it is 70 c"m high and it's in a 7 liter pot.
I dont have enough space to change the pot size in the veg room, so my question is if should I change the pot size right before moving it to flower, or should I flower it in the 7 liter pot?

Yes pot up.

I like to do it a week or so before flip but now is better than never.

I would be the same, safe in the knowledge the plants roots have almost filled the pot, or as good as..
