Problem with leaves

Hello everyone, after 10 years I have decided to try another grow.

My setup 1m2 tent, led 400w output, autopot with 4 plants - cbd cherry wine, mix of soil of perlit. Ph 6,1 EC 1,7, 4th week of flower. Everything went super smooth until now. This morning I have noticed couple of wierd leaves, one seems like dying kind of greyish, second one with yellow spots around the leaves, only two plants got them. So I think i am dealing with kind of insects?

Did you leave water on leaves after watering?
Light is magnified with liquid.

Water the grow medium only. Spraying water on the leaves all the time will cause problems indoors.
pH 6.1 is a little low. Aim for 6.3 to 6.5 if you can.

The leaf picture in natural light looks like classic P def. Can't tell anything from the blurple pics.
