It already exists and they put pesticides on their weed some even sell it with a little mold. Why do you think the people want regulations?

California is not the only state looking to legalize and the best weed does not come from California. Big business is coming it can't be stopped vote no on AUMA and watch other states dominate the cannabis industry.

I would certainly argue that the best genetics do in fact come from California, the best grown might not be, but that will change with legalization.
