Bozoo, it is advised to spray it once a week from 12:12/first spraying until enough male flowers appear. I would stop spraying before they begin to open up and you should be fine letting chemicals and nature do the rest.

You should begin when it starts to flower. (More pistils than the few pre-flower signs start to show)
