Limp and spotted leaves

Hello all. First, the rundown. Plant is 10 weeks old, just flipped to 12/12. Noticed last week that lower fan leaves have become limp, hanging almost straight down and has affected some of the mid-leaves as well. Also has some rust colored spots (which can't be seen very well in the pics, sry) and some necrosis on the edges on the same leaves (bottom fan). It is possibly nute burn, as I've used a couple different ferts but at VERY low levels (1/4 to 1/2 recommended). Also, is the only plant showing these problems, out of 5 total. Environment is roughly 75 degs with 40% rh. Growing in soil mix, 1/2 low moisture soil, 1/4 peat, 1/4 vermiculite.

I did think about Can, but doesn't it usually show up on newer growth, not the oldest on the plant? Might have gotten too much water, a real possibility since it is the only plant showing this. Thx for the reply.

It would be in your best interest to use RO or Rain water fortified with Cal-mag in it. The nutrient uptake would be much better and you can maintain a constant pH.

Just this guy, ya know?

I'm with dank.frank I think it's calcium. According to RQS they consider it semi-mobile.
Calcium is semi-fixed. It remains in the cell walls until there is extreme deficiency, in which case it becomes soluble again. This can be observed when leaves in the middle of the plant and older growth begin to be affected.

My take would be too much water. Peat with soil can be problematic because it holds so much water. Good luck!

This. Also vermiculite absorbs and holds water, and there is no mention of aeration materials like perlite, rice hulls etc.
Water logged soil contributes to all sorts of lockout issues.
