Looks like a problem with nutrient absorption, there may be many different factors.
Maybe the roots need more air, check if there's a water retention issue. The soil is a mix of what? Looks quite tough.

Looks Like Mag and Nitrogen deficient. Flush soil with pH 6.5. Make a mild, like half strength, fertilizer solution. 3 times the volume of the pot @ pH 6.5.
This will correct pH and feed it too. Will also flush any salt buildup that is contributing to nutrient "lock out"
