like he said roll your own w samsung influx or v series strips from 2$-6 a strip
pick your wattage needs and get to skinnin wire

and build modular - theres a lot you can do having pieces of this and that layong around

Mars Hydro TS series will get you in the door. 3mx3m, I'd go with 4 TSW-2000's.

The Mars Hydro TS series of LEDs grows very low-leaf cannabis like HPS does. The resin and terpene production are right up there as well. I strongly recommend it as a good intro LED for cannabis. :)
