E,
How much would you say it cost in soil supplies to tackle this grow? I am looking for the least expensive way to put 18 of them down this season.

Well Here goes my very first time brewing my first batch of Compost Tea.
My recipe is...
1 Cup EWC
1/2 Cup Bat Guano
2 Teaspoons of Bio Grow Nutrient Fertilizer (molasses)
2 Teaspoons of Seaweed Extract
5 gallons of RO water.

I'll let it brew for 24 hours and then feed the plants.
I'm really excited to see how the girls will take to the tea.

so ya...Here are a couple fliks.

E,
In going back over your thread here (which rocks) I had a couple of questions:

A) What in the hell is this EWC that I see everyone speaking of?

B) The measurements given for this compost tea recipe.. are they good all the way up? This upcoming season we want to do at least 10 plants in the backyard so I would have to brew in a larger 35 gallon rubbermaid.

How often did you feed them the compost tea?

Thanks,

215

Hey Endur those look amazing and im going to try my first outdoor grow this summer. Thanks for posting your recipe, I think I'm going to try to copy it exactly. Its amazing the difference in sizes and yields you had with such similar conditions for all the plants. Blue Dream is supposed to yield a lot though right?

GOOD NEWS....
I'll be setting up GH this week! :dance013:
I re-located, and am going to run 12, Girls this year. :)

This season, I can't afford 12 smart pots, and soil to fill them.
I will just put a little Back Breaking work in, digging 12) 3X3 holes.
Amend with some goodies, mixed with the Natural Soil.

I'll start a new thread, when the time comes.
Peace
