white spots on leaves

I have 3 autoflower plants in a little greenhouse outside. Today I found white little spots on 1 of the plants, so far it's 1 or 2 leaves. They are still vegging, no preflowers yet.
I checked the leaves underside and it looks good, it doesn't seem to be eggs of some kind.
So mildew?

Sum sort of bug has been eating them.

It kinda looks like thrips damage. You dont see tiny crawling worms underneath? Might be time to up your ipm game

Looks like spidermites. You need to use a loupe to look on the underside of leaves.

Can anyone help me out? Besides the identified Mildew, there are these random white, well defined spots on the lower leaves and I can't seem to find out what it could be...
