My room is 6x6. I'm using my laundry room. I have a 4" fan out and a 4 " fan in. With both Black Dog 600 lED phytomax-2 lights room will get up 93 degrees. If I end up using a portable air conditioner will I need to vent the exhaust heat out side? I really don't want drill a new hole in my house

Good call. You can purchase a product called a "wye" at any decent hardware store that will allow you to connect two items to your dryer vent.

Laundry room with washer and dryer?
If yes, do you plan on doing laundry while they bloom? Probably yes.
If yes, you'll have a bad time during bloom when entering the room and from lights on washer and dryer..
go for a 4x4 tent in there, maybe 3x3.. but any light intrusion will create problems for you..
better off using a closet and hang your clothes in the laundry room.
