At the top of your page - under your name do you see:
"Forums - My IC - my posts - new posts - log out"?
-click "My IC"
-@ the left , click "Pictures + Albums"
-@the bottom or center of page "create new album"
-Follow the directions and upload your pictures
... in your new posts in future you can add them through "go advanced" when posting a reply.
..At the top of the text input is your gallery and album, select the proper destination and your pictures should pop up - drag them into the text box and voila
