Ya man the pico ez mates i used were rated at 130v, the wires on them that connect to the cob are super small, like 24 guage. The one you linked looks like 18 awg so ya 300v is probably good. There is always the solder option as well.

Fyi, wire gauge relates to current (amperage), not potential (voltage), voltage limits are determined by the strength of the dielectric (insulation/isolation).
That said, the circuit should never see a voltage greater than the combined drop of the string of LEDs, and that is more likely limited by driver output, as opposed to the quality of the wires/connectors, do keep en eye on the amperage ratings for these items though..

Now, if anyone does somehow end up with a >500v output driver (or even better; using multiple drivers in series) running a 13+ cob string, please make sure everything is very well sealed/insulated, very bad things will happen if several amps of high-voltage DC has the chance to come in contact with, well, anything conductive, like say, water, plant matter, skin, ect..
