Just Another Crappy Day in Paradise....Part 3

Not a chance. They will get long elongated buds...if you want to call them that. Then they will sit for six weeks trying to decide to bud. Then the elongated buds will slowly die back.
After a long period of wondering what to do then they will vege. But you've blown two months of potential growth, and a pile of yield. Hold off til mid to late April. Then you miss that what the hell am I going to do? period.
Some may bud. But they will be very loose. You can plant local Sativas now. Mainland seeds, or unadjusted strains....wait til April.
When you get to 50 PM me. I will give you a link to my part 1 log. In that one I take you through last long season. I planted both Sativa and Indica strains. You can learn a lot from my mistakes about timing there.

I will get NL pics up soon, i am still letting it dry a bit more.
I have a q. When my outdoor crop is about finished, i get that nice bud puff up. As this was a clone and takes the mothers age so that puff i got the first grow. Is it not going to happen with the clone. I waited as long as i could and never really saw any puff and then i got flooded so harvest had to happen. Not that i wasnt tierd of messing with it and needed the leds in the tent.
Just something i thought i should have gotten, but nothing. Il get pics of some buds up.

Don't really wanna muddy up OH's thread,... But how long was your outdoor crop? I've had identical experiences on every clone grow as I've had with the mother.

this is a hilarious thing to find in a post about composting and using dog shit -
Some of the few things I would not use for compost is Christmas berry, guava, eucalyptis (sp), or haole koa. Any of those will put a funky taste in your plant.

Nameless...I hear you. In my last log we had two pages almost all of it about "compsting" and the idea of using dog shit or/and other bodily fluids...It went to downhill quick...
Making compost is like making Hot Dogs. You really don't want see it. God only knows what they put in there. But it comes out looking good, and it works.
The end justify the means. Shit...there's no way to sugar coat it. If you've ever used any of what I mentioned for compost, your weed will taste "different".

Well Canni the NL was a clone i took right before the re vegged mom outside got sick. Then i had to deal with mites, which i think we did well to rid them. I have seen people that have them continue to live into their next grow. But i did throw every thing, but the kitchen sink at her. So it sorta wore me down, not to mention 3'' of water down there with my lights sitting on the floor. But still grew it out enough to get that puff IMO, but never happen. So the yield was less then i thought, but enough to get me by till this purple is finished.
And it was my 1st attempt to try taking clones. I took 3 and 1 made it, which gave me close to an oz. The lower buds were really small, but still had the killer buzz like the upper buds, but was very difficult to trim. I still have some on the plant down there sitting in the dark. Just dont feel like messing with it now, i will try and leave some green on it and re veg it. Lets hope it does well outside this time. Its growing like a vine and after getting ripped last year, im thinking about one big Scrog all hidden in the briers. Well see.
My camera is messed up, but il still try and show the buds, i luv this stuff.
OH, its tough getting my posts to 50, because there is so much reading in here, iv been caught up only reading
Hey OH if ya get a chance lets see the mob! After all they deserve their props for keepin the garden safe. And im curious as a dog luver just what they look like. Im sure as soon as you are off to your holes they are beating down the path right to the holes. People dont give dogs the respect they deserve.

theres a humanure thread somewhere around here that ive checked out some, cant remember getting past the beginning stages of it but im sure theres alot of info in there by now. an interesting read for sure. im gonna go have another look...
i can imagine the "proudly grown in dogshit" logo, a dog deuce the shape of the islands with a clone stuck in the big one. people would come running lol.

Canni...thanks for the color...those look better than anything I have going right now. And if it keeps on raining, they look better than ANYTHING I will have left to pull.
LSY...many of my dogs had previous owners. I sew up hunting dogs, after they got mauled hunting. If they won't or can't hunt, I'll keep them. But if I show the wrong dog, and the previous owner is reading, this whole island will know who I am and what I'm up to.
Bad things will follow. If I put pics of the mob up I might as well put my pic up. It's a small island.

Man people were coming in telling me it smelled like weed as soon as they walked in so i put it in my tent over night. After taking it out i trimmed more and put it in a paper bag. Its still got that sweet stank, but its only in my room, till i burn some, lol.
My dog has been eating her shit so no premo compost for me, but i have a cat?

Middle aged Haole here. I'm on Oahu and have been doing the legal grow for ten years now.
Good to see some good strains. I grow the Indica, short and low yields and all. Just can't get enough of that fruity goodness. My Sativa's are all from a cross of Soma's Amnesia Haze and Hawaiian Sativa.
Feel free to browse my old pics and check my strains.
