Do you P.H. your water? what type of nutes have you been using? What type of light?

Magnesium deficiency is a possibility for yellowing leaves, 2 tsp per gallon water of epsom salt helped me get things green again. Next time I'm gonna add Azomite to my soil mix as a premeasure, or at the least mix in epsom @ 2 tbs per gallon of media.

If the veins and along the edges of the lower, old hemp leaves showed a light green or yellow color, this is one of the classic signs of magnesium deficiency. In addition to yellowing, the edge of the sheet can become brittle to the touch. Sometimes light brown spots appear on the yellowed edges. However, this is more likely due to a concomitant deficiency of other nutrients.

It is necessary to distinguish the symptom of magnesium deficiency from a chemical burn. When a chemical burn turns brown, dries and begins to crumble only the tip of the sheet, but not the side edges.

Your cannabis can show signs of magnesium deficiency if the pH in the root zone is too low, especially when grown in hydroponics. This is explained by the fact that when the pH deviates from the desired values, the cannabis roots hardly absorb magnesium, although it is present in the root zone.

At the same time, if you cultivate hemp on coconut coir or filter water for irrigation using reverse osmosis, then you usually have to add magnesium (as well as calcium) in addition. Even before planting, the coconut fiber is saturated with calcium and magnesium, and then these substances are additionally given for the entire grove.

For this purpose, various calcium-magnesium preparations are used, which are designated as Cal-Mag, for example, Cal-Mag Plus from Botanicare. Magnesium deficiency can also be replenished with magnesium sulfate, which is sold in pharmacies.

When growing cannabis in the open field, such a wonderful additive as dolomite flour is widely used.
