Lightning for photography - are incandescent bulbs superior?

Since it will soon get increasingly difficult to find incandescent bulbs here in Europe should I stock up on some in case I find some time to get more serious about photography or are LED good too?

I prefer flourescent lighting due to the full spectrum it gives, but I'm not a photographer.

LEDs bring out the trichs in the dark, CFLs are nice for showing a plant. White balance can be tricky under incandescents. Really I wouldn't stress over the loss.
