Why Is Florida the Lamest State When It Comes To Marijuana?

The search and seizure laws that get exploited by cops account for a lot of outright robbery from anyone caught with any cash or even minuscule amount of dope. Sometimes all it takes is for a cop to say his dog smells coke on your cash. Most cash has traces of coke on it regardless if your involved with it.

Missouri has a guy in prison for life for pot, under persistent offender laws. Thing is all his arrests are cannabis related, mostly for getting caught with 5-7 lbs and once he was just riding with someone picking up a few pounds.

Never got caught with a gun, no violence ever involved, no minors or anything. It was either after the third or the fourth "conviction" that they sentenced him to life w/o I believe, he's probably 65+ easily already.

On the bright side, being in Florida, he can probably get better pot in jail. But yeah, that fucking sucks. What a world.

In central FL ocala, and surrounding counties, they have leo in the kkk. There's rednecks cooking meth in their trailers, and leo almost completely leaves them alone, yet there was an instance of a poor fella right down the street from those people(has a family), that was raided for just 20 or so plants. I think he had a real job also, ya know contributing to society. My hunch is, on top of that being leo's income,...is that they actually believe this herb magically morphs you into a socialist, and they want liberals, blacks, and pretty much anyone that's not white protestant christian to be taken out of the equation, so there is less of them to vote. I'm optomistic we should be able to get that 60% at some point, but damn 600,000 signatures to get it on there?...shit, thats a lot isn't it?....

From what was on the news a few weeks ago looks like they have 1.1M signatures. They needed 600k but went over and are looking for more to make sure they have enough as some will surely be removed for "irregularities".

Square Grouper fishin'?

Square groupers!!! LMFAO!
I haven't even heard that term used since so long ago......

In the mid 70's, a bunch of car and truck inner tubes washed up on the beach at Cape Hatteras, NC. They were filled with black hash..
A guy who had gone to high school with me pulled a few of them out of the surf... He didn't have to work for 2 years...

did you just say Jupiter, Snook? :D that was the place to go pick P. Cubensis back in the day... the cow pastures and the town's name made it quite attractive.

I think the money involved in the black market in FL is too much to let it go to waste by legalizing it in any form. The police and politicians in FL fill their pockets with it on a daily basis... FL operates almost like S. America in that sense.

There was a cop that rented a trailer in a trailer park, and had a Puerto Rican living there and slinging all the confiscated bud... the 8s were always skimped by 0.5 grams too. only high schoolers as customers too.

shit is prolly still going on...

Some of them have even admitted, it's about bringing down the minority and liberal vote. The DMV laws same thing...not easy for poor folks to maintain a car/drivers lic, which means they can't vote. I've met very few conservatives that smoke, it's probably like 1 in 20 might...and most poor white folks where I am vote their bible period, even over their own wallets...

I liked Epcot better, 25 yrs ago but I liked the circle of different countries, and the exibit rides. Magic kingdom had Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Carribean, after that was kind of a snoozefest for me...

Things are in motion, yes we are far behind most others but we are not the worst place to be. After Nov vote things will start flowing 2 nurseries are currently underway growing medicine to be ready for Nov as it is very likely to pass. I believe in the next 5yrs North America will all be legal. But one thing for sure is never count the crazy Sunshine State out. More great medicinal genetics will finally be able to be shared and blended. I think the future is looking good :dunno:

sucks to be you living in florida.,,come to cali and fill your yard with legal cannabis...yeehaw

I was stationed in Cmp Pendleton in the 60s. Many trips into NHollywood/Sherman Oaks areas.. was back again in the late 70s on assignment for my job and many more times for 'fun'. Most reciently around Joshua Tree, CA/PalmSprings...

1 and this is big.. Florida is very friendly to veterans. California isn't. but I do still go occasionally and look at housing there.. I would welcome the availability of open dialog with other about growing weed that isn't very easy in Florida.

Other than that, trout.. I get it.

EDIT: and the fishing is better here..

Not easy for poor people to keep a drivers licence?Liberal nonsense.I bet my electrical is cheaper than 90% of the country. My property taxes are so small its laughable. The weather is hot just the way many like it.Grown since 2002 in the same little house,my first grow was BG cindy and Apollo 11.Never really noticed the laws being brutal down here any more so than any other state. We will have mmj in November for sure.I love that so many people think Florida sucks because its crowded enough down here.Keep your plant count below 25
