thermal covers?

anyone with a bigger gh used automated thermal cover? they are a shade that you can roll across to reduce the summer heat. supposedly gives a broader reach of sun rays . ( only used on very hot days) can drop temps 10 deg, so they say

also are supposed to keep house warmer in winter? heat can still move through it out top vent.

they say produces better yield and quality ? like every product! anyone have any experience ?

I have seen shade cloth. It is not thermal, but is rated as to how much sun is let through. It does help with cooling. I built an automated green house that had these on a motor drive. Pretty slick.

yeah sorry , thermal cover was bad choice of words. yep thats what i,m looking at. shade covers.

so it does promote too much stretch? since light will be reduced? being only certain days ect should be ok ?

just need to reduce heat and sealing it isn't on option .all so new to this. is lots of fun . but certainly don't want to learn by mistakes!
