I Have made LAC 20 times or so for the last 3 years. And i thought i was the master at this because i am so succesfull all the time, untill the last two times.

Last time i threw it it in the trash b/c it smelled alcohol. And now it is the same, it is 6 days since i put the milk in.

Sould i threw it or what ?

Don't drink it.

Bacteria can use alcohol as a carbon source. There must be wild yeast floating around.
If flies land in it they can spread wild yeast fast and that's probably why the alcohol smell.
Just use it all up and maybe start a new batch after you wash your container really good.
Put a cover on it to screen out all bugs.
