CBD Strains question

Hey all, so this is the first time I've grown high CBD strains. I've got 2 CBD Shark from CBD Crew and a Critical Cure from Barneys. Question is: how do I know when to harvest? Do the triches do the same routine of clear to cloudy to amber? What is optimal harvest time?
