Imagine the technology we could pursue with a not-for-profit medical structure.

We continue to treat addiction as a largely criminal issue anyway.

Canada can't do bacon or whiskey but they give a shit about their citizens.

Thanks for sharing!

This brightened up my day.

Society around here is a drip drearier.

Makes you think, how many billions of $ have been raised for cancer research yet we still can’t cure people. I call bullshit, drug companies are making to much money giving people false hope

I believe cancer is harder to get if you increase the alkalinity of your body. Acid kills IMO.

I drink a lot of water and it all has baking soda added.

As for the OP, that may be a life saver for some addict so first responders know the problem. If people get that to know if they got fentynal laced dope at the cheap dispensary, how sad.

I have heard that dogs are getting stolen to test drugs for that reason.

F'in sad. Maybe WuFlu will slow down fentanyl for a while.

You should be careful about messing you stomach acidity, as it could adversely affect your gut microbiome. I took PPI's for over a decade and still think its partially responsible for me getting ulcerative colitis.

I'm not much into football, but maybe look into Tom Bradys diet, which has an emphasis on being alkaline.

Pharma has been meddling with stomach acid since big ag industrialized the food they sell us. Prilosec was a patented expensive drug until the patent ran out. Then they flipped an insignificant molecule and came out with Nexium. That is when they made prilosec OTC. Nexium was $9/pill wholesale to my pharmacist. If I didn't take them I would get bad heartburn (reflux). About 14 years ago as I was prepping for the big financial collapse I took matters in my own hands and decided to wean myself of these drugs. That is when I started the baking soda deal, and also quit drinking so much caffeine via iced tea. But I had this nasty cough that was ruining my career at work.

I don't really get reflux despite recently being diagnosed with a hyatial herna (stomach squeezed up the diaphram) from coughing so bad. That cough was a fungal infestation the MDs looked right past as they were prescribing pills, pills, pills. Nobody wants to work around people who cough a lot, and they sure as don't want you in their important meetings. I had to diagnose that myself and get my dentist to prescribe the anti-fungal meds, as the throat specialists wanted to sell me more anti-acid pills. I am gonna say I also think cancer is fungus related. I sometimes take probiotics to help the gut bloom. Haven't had an antibiotic in years besides LDM-100 plant extract

I take NO MEDS except baking soda and cannabis, and only every now and then use a Symbacort inhaler for asthma. Weaning off those too. Alkalinity is key to my world these days. So is that desktop vape and the cookies I make with the OVD. My lungs absolutely reject the thick sticky longer chain compounds, and when I avoid those the cough is gone and I breath a lot better. Vaping at 365* again and not running the fan long enough to shed the nasties.

Good bye rosin infused reefers. Anybody wanna buy a slightly used 4 ton desktop dab press?

Overall, I think that is doing pretty well for an old drunk who let himself get way out of shape. And I am working on that too.

Well I guess this fentanyl epidemic is a good deterrent for me from relapsing which I guess is a good thing, but I had always intended on eventually returning to my opiate addiction at some point in the far future, but now it seems fentanyl is in everything and not just opiates or pressed pills, but cocaine too.

I guess I will remain opiate free unless I injure myself severely by miracle are prescribed opiates, but I reckon I'd have to severely injure myself for that. They don't just prescribe opiates here for everything like they did in the states.

I have chronic pain which in America I'd get 10mg hydrocodone for, but here they think opiates are evil, and maybe they're right, I've always questioned that, because in the depths of my addiction it was like heaven and hell combined as one, there was no inbetween. I was either not withdrawling and in a state of bliss, or withdrawling hard, feeling like i was dying, or wanting to die. I questioned whether it's an evil flower, the opium poppy, but clearly "evil" and "good" are just human constructs.

Clearly, opiates are necessary for some people to be able to function without being in immense pain, and have advanced modern medicine, but at the same time, the bliss is so addictive and it can cause normal people become junkies once the doctors stop prescribing them and then you are forced to pay $1 per mg, so an oxy 80 would be $80 or a 20mg opana would be $20, until you then realize you can simply get heroin and it's cheap, and better, and then you have to run the risk of it being cut with some BS. Luckily I never had that problem, but to be fair, my tolerance was so high, if there was fentanly in my dope between 08-11, I likely wouldn't have noticed and just thought it was fire.

Kratom saved me from my opiate addiction, but unfortunately people are trying to (with success) ban it in various locations around the world. I don't suggest anyone do opiates, but if you are hell bent on it or already on them, i'd suggest not getting them off the streets as they can be pressed and contain anything, but from your doctor, or someone who you are 100% confident got them straight from the pharmacy, otherwise you are putting your life at risk and death sucks for loved ones. Or if you're legally able to wherever you live, perhaps grow your own poppies. You'll run out of opium before you develope a severe addiction and will have to wait til next season, that's why there are giant poppy fields, not just a small garden of poppies, but at least this way you know there isn't fentanyl in it and you are getting the natural opiates, but then again that has it's risks because you don't know the alkaloid content, so one pod might be super potent and one might not be, so obviously no one should go in chasing the dragon like a champ if it's their own opium and their first time, but to me that's just common sense but on my time on my planet I realized many people including myself at times just lack common sense.
