I did an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 today morning and everything went fine during the installation. However, the computer won't let me login when rebooted, it says my password is wrong.

CMD is only available in safe mode if the computer was not accessible. Otherwise, you have to use other tools to unlock the computer. Here are a few examples:

Ditch Windows and go Ubuntu, it's free and way more stable and secure, you can run it off the DVD in live mode and recover all your Windows files no password needed.
