Well it begins people...the government is flexing there muscles, using the courts to enforce compliance.
If Dispensary's don't comply...the RCMP will be used to enforce closures.

They did this within 2 weeks here in Ottawa. Health Canada and the RCMP walked in and shut them down.

but Vancouver isn't Vancouver anymore its just a shell full of 3rd world people. No one will stand up to police raiding dispensaries lol

If the owners are charged indictable instead of summarily, then ask for a judge and jury trial, one person on jury can refuse to convict (acquit) and nullify the charges, jury nullification.

Government bitched and wined for years about organized crime and gangs making billions on the marijuana market and they spent billions trying to stop it.
That failed at such an epic level...they decided to legalized it as part of a plan to make the billions themselves...only thing is they(the government) can't sell water to a wet bag company, without fucking it up beyond all repair.

FUBAR... should be the governments official name...lol.

Might take them a while... but they will totally fuck it up and will eventually realize they didn't have to spend all the cash they did to try and stop it.
All they really needed to do to stop it was ...LEGALIZE IT...then run it themselves, to try to make money and it would die a slow natural death.
