Brownish looking fuzz on branches

I live in a desert. My plants are in a rdwc. I use a chiller and beneficials. I started seeing what looks like a brown fuzz on my branches that turns each bud brown too. I'm 3 weeks into flower and never had this before. Room is 40% rh and 79°F.

Only thing I can think of is russets. When the infestation is bad they group up and look like fuzz. Scope it out

That looks a lot like a russet mite infestation, that canoed leaf in the first picture especially

go grab some hot shot no pest strips now then go get some research and tools in your chest and get to cracking on em

you in flower, you should fprget strips and use some softer stuff
greeen cleaner, power wash stuff
you got nothing but hurt till this cycle is done bro
suck it up
