Too bad the lib's being lying thieving ****s always give's 'em a shot every couple of election cycles though.
Meh, this war's been over for a while here for many of us anyhow, just needed their dumb asses to catch up to the fact.
Once the police chiefs were going on about leaving weed alone so they could do some actual policing it was pretty well time for the final nail in the wars coffin.

Tell that to the people who are in jail for cannabis. And do tell us how you won the war a long time ago when Marc Emery was serving five years for just selling seeds.

BTW while the Provinces have asked for 8 to 12 weeks after royal assent to start retail sales that does not mean they will be given that amount of time, in fact three weeks is workable according to the Feds. :canabis: lets see thats june 7 add three weeks and that would put legaliztion from the 28 to the 30 of June before the promised time of july 1 or earlier. FYI the federal government has already stated if provinces do not have their system up and running you will still be able to buy it online and all the major medical cannabis producers who are all ready to start today.

you guys gotta pull the sticks outta your asses n realize I nvr said I backed the cons, but it's a fact harper only got in due to the liberal theft scandal that broke b4 hand, n as the pm's showing they're still at it n doing nothing but giving a perfectly good excuse to many who don't appreciate being stolen from especially not for fancy trips here n there all over the globe.
Might wanna get that prejudice looked at if it causes you to jump on ppl who's views are different nvr mind when you're jumping on ppl who pretty well just agreed with you but even more so than just 1 party sucking.


As for the war being won, who gives a shit about emery, thas par for the course when you wanna break laws in other countries to make cash, he took the risk n got stuck paying the price at atime when they were desperate to do anything they could to look like they could still crack down.
None of that means anything to the fact that since terry parker won his case in 2000 the gov has known it was inevitable that fighting rec was as lost a cause since if something's safe enough to be used by the sick n dying as meds how can the gov restrict healthy ppl from using also.
Besides how many years now over n over has the market been flooded with product, as soon as they opened up the gates the profiteers were in there taking advantage as soon as was possible.
The joke the last few years has been of "med" growers flooding the market along with cops barely being able to do anything to anyone about any of it.
It was nothing but a wait to see when the money that was being made got the gov. itself salivating over it all.
At a certain point either shit bag party could've used it to win an election in desperation b4 a judge finally just made the decision for the legislature as had already been done in the past provincially.
