I just got an Email from Mammoth P about this new product called MB-PI..while looking at its ingredients it has 5% thyme oil, 5% lecithins and 90% corn oil...you mix 3 oz or 90 mil...to one gallon of water..it really stresses applying in the evening outside or during lights out indoors...if you have any experience with this stuff or even using thyme oil....chime in thanks DJXX
