Department of Health still says to qualify you must have a terminal condition. That's unconstitutional too. Small steps I guess. Each little stupid thing one at a time.

Florida department of health has appealed the decision. They also appealed the decision for the strip club owner with cancer to grow his own medicine. The prohibitionists are going down kicking and screaming.

The judge expected that and even mentioned it in her 22 page finding

Some good news today. The judge lifted the stay on the ruling while it is being appealed. Apparently when there is an appeal, there is an automatic stay, or hold, on the ruling. So patients would have to wait until the appeal processes is over and is ruled in their favor. Now that the stay has been lifted, the Florida Dept. of Health can begin their work implementing smokable mmj.
