with those led bar lights is 730nm and some uva of benefit in flowering to produce better buds.

730nm for 15min after light out should speed up flowering because the plants switch faster to night metabolism. Some guys run 13/11 light for flower and got extra harvest because of the extra energy. Others run normal 12/12 and got some speed up with flowering. There are some informative threads out when u search 730 or far red.
