so a plant high in thc, low in cineol ( constituent of eucalyptus oil ) as it is said to increase blood pressure, pinene as well. I've read that limonene is good to reduce blood pressure. so you might want to look for something lemony.

If its just hemp oil you want you can buy it at a health food store like wholefoods they also carry hemp milk.
