snake is great, and easily confused as chicken depending on how you fix it. i've seen rattlesnake meat in canned food sections. a friend fried it like chicken and i thought it was delicious myself.I think that snake is a great alternative food source -much better than insects imoIt´s suppose to be a little like chicken. It´s served in (some) restaurants in China btw
