Boring Sunday ,Yields 9.3g of Bubble!

Well hi all and i hope you like this little thread on what i did on sunday night.....well really it all started during the week when myself and a few friends decided to meet sunday evening for a smoke,and then someone mentioned the Bags i had got at Seeds Direct from St Teflon in Sept 03.
So we only ever used em once to test them so what the hell ,we had some nice trim lying around and ice was in abundance....

For this Operation we used a 5 Gallon container,6kilos of ice and 90gms of trim leaves....choice of bags...Ice-O-Lator ,this wasnt a personal choice they where brought back as a present for a friend ,so Bubbleman (You still rule Bro.!) ...anyhows....

Out of the freezer came the Leaves..now u can use dry leaves or frozen,or even fresh leaves but the frozen ones seem to help seperate the trichomes more easily in my own opinion..

Now ...the Ice-o-Lator is a 2 Bag system,and some say the quality of Hash produced isnt as fine as some other Water hash based bag co's
but , when living in a part of euro that is well known for its rubbish hash...ie the dreaded Soapbar..sorry ! did i swear?..this hash we where about to produce was probably the finest that have graced these shores..well erm...we did bring you the first ever bubble hash thread from Ireland on another canna friendly site in which i also contribute too ,so weve been here before.

But this is a quick look at what growers on the Emerald Isle are up to at the moment ,and they are learning fast...Real hash from the trim leaves,Hash thatll spoil you rotten til its all gone.....Enjoy.

Firstly ......Get the water and the bags and the bucket ready ...get the trims out of the freezer...its ok to just freeze em for an hr before you start..

Get the wifes/girlfriend/Boyfriends...whisk outta the kitchen..in this case my friends wifes..(and yes the sponge turned out lovely ..lol)the Electric type is best...



Put the ice in, the water will be really cold after a while. Add the Leaves and whisk for 15 mins with a 5 min break in between, 4 times ...
then let sit for a few moments.

Slowly lifting the bag containing the ice and the plant matter,and squeezing gently until it stops dripping........that leaves just one more bag and a mirky bucket of water !...Gently lifting the second bag the first thing you notice is the the water is escaping a slower rate through the fine gauze,but then you realise the bag is blocked and the water is escaping slowly due to the hash......yep!

dont forget to break up those wet blocks & dry them on cardboard, at least overnight, until completely dry.

A good sign indeed....shortly afterwards the water all cleared from the bag..there it lay...the holy grail....and we made it hehehehe

so heres the pics.. .
From around 90 grams of leaf ..we produced 9.3 grms of bubble...smoked 1.8grams to celebrate and that leaves 7.5gm of bliss ..

Well it has grounded a few of my soap smokin friends ....so iam well pleased..

Smooth but creeps up to make u ask yourself where did the last load of hrs go?

looks like some nice hash

Uncle Hungie,wich type of Ice-O are you using?I bought an "indoor" 2 bag set (outdoor set has a 185u and a 45u bag,indoor set has a 220u bag and a 70u bag...).
I did a little research to find out where to buy a 20u bag to catch what was missing with the 70u bag,and i found one at a chemicals products reseller...but you can find 20u screens also in an acquarium shop (15-20u screens for plancton) and in some idraulic supplyes (idraulic screens,u can also find the 70u screens...).
I did this 'cause you can see that there's something left in the water when you do the ice-o-lator,bubblebags are very hard to find here in Italy so a lot of people look around for alternative solutions...
It's worth the time to search for it,as it will give you a good 15-20% more than normal ice-o-lator bags (expecially if you have too the "indoor" set...)
Have a nice time smoking that THC glue !

yes there does be some left in the bottom .....so we ran it through again and got some more.....but another bag would be cool...

But they work thats the main factor...

and it smokes just fine.....we had some refusals of a second hit as it blew the necks of a few dudes lmao!

Did a run myself but not very big atall, infact i have the old 2 bag kit so no doubt im losing the finer grades , but its all good as not so long back i would have binned it , now its either BHO or hash on the menu, which is great
I didnt weigh the lump but i guess it was around the same as yours roughly yeildwise Hughie. A nice dark color, very bubbly,... U gotta love the bubble .... Cheers

The Smokers here in Ireland when i gave em some ,looked at me as if i was Mad!(well they would be right lol) But most of the people here havent heard of Bubble...Soapbar is the Menu of the Day here!

so i wasted a lot of people with the Bubble,when they hit it they sat waiting on the hit ..But as we know Bubble Hash ,it Dont warn you ..it hits you!

so i had some fun with that,But now there isa problem,now theyve had Bubble ,nothin else will do!
so i got to hide my Bubble ....the only Bubble on the Island !
