nice disinformation campaign.

in actuality, these workers were doing this by the book, under the close scrutiny of republican and democrat officials.

if a ballot comes in damaged (or otherwise unreadable by the electronic reader) in some way and it is clear what the voter selected, there is a process whereby the workers are supposed to more completely fill out the selection to properly count the ballot.

if you look at other (not manipulated by teenage mutant russian 4chan alQaedanon trolls) footage, you can clearly see a law enforcement officer also overseeing this legit and normal process.
