It is important to not that those charts are misleading an inaccurate.
Everything is available between a ph of 5 and 7.
What varies, slightly, is the the efficiency of uptake at different ph levels.
But again, slightly.
Amino acids, fulvic acids, microbes, etc. all make it a completely moot point.

i've been using that chart for the last 6 years & as long as my feeds are in that range my plants are very happy ! they can't be that far off !!!

The point is not to criticize, it is that you don't have to be that specific.
The graphs make it seem like certain elements will be unavailable, which is not the case.
Of course what you are doing works. Anywhere 5-7 will.
