Can anyone recommend a legitimate online retailer delivers to NY state. FWIW wife has a scrip, although she stopped paying the licensing fee. I've found a couple, just not sure if they're for real.

If you are talking cbd then yes.
While there are tons of black market retailers that break the law, none would be on the world wide web. You wouldn't be able to find them from Google. They would be on the dark web. You will just be throwing away money buying from them. It's a scam
