Bud xl and Bloombasitick combo

Anyone use this two together? Is this good combo or I may have problems? I know bloombastick is pk but don't know about bud xl is this bloom booster and contain pk?

Personally, I ran Bud Xl for awhile and didn't notice any difference when I stopped, except my wallet was heavier.
