i agree

persoanlly even after tons of growth i still deal with some panic and anxiety, but funny enough its not really brought up by canna much anymore, mostly it spring up while im sleeping early nighttime, which correlates with my past ect..


eat healthy

exercice

have sex

have relationships

dont watch porn

go outside more

eat right

engage others

read

dont use social media like instagram


enjoy life and be thankful for every day and experience that can teach you

I generally find for me at least I am more prone to paranoia & anxiety if I smoke too much on my first hit of the day. If I edge into a session gently with just a few tokes first & then say another 3 tokes about half an hour to an hour later I am good to go & can then hammer it.
That said I only smoke on weekends. I enjoy it more that way. If I am high 24/7 it becomes the norm & is less fun.
I recently bought a vaporizer & since knocking the blunts on the head & just vaporizing I have not had any issues.
Inhaled a bag of vapour last Saturday evening not realising how strong that would be. No anxiety or paranoia, just drooling into the couch for half an hour!
Think its just a case of knowing your limits.

I can totally relate...

I've been pretty successful with vaping concentrates (prefills) but am going to start experimenting with vaping flower. I just purchased a Pax3, so hopefully that will have similar effects. For the most part I just smoke on the weekends, or late in the evening to help with sleep. I have one of those brains that never turns off, so a little cannabis in the evenings helps me shut the thinking down...

Sounds familiar. A lot of people have this racing brain syndrome type thing.A good buzz can definitely help. I just don't like being dependent on anything for my sleep, even as fuc#ed up as my sleep pattern is. Good luck with the pax3

Mirco dose is perfect for me. A hit or 2 at night a few nights a week . If I’m doing it many nights in a row , it takes 2 hits. Skip a few days and 1 is enough. Occasional grower + light smoker = more weed than I can smoke.

I'm exactly like that. I smoke a bit more on vacations but not a lot more. I grow 1-2 hundred because it's fun. I tried for 450 this year, but that's another stupid story. Lol

I grow a few varieties and keep a bit of the best for me, the wife, and friends. I give pounds away and wholesale the rest.

Sativa Landraces are perfect for me during the day or at a concert. So 12% thc is my speed.
